Our client is looking for a highly motivated and talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant with a strong interest in the residential and refurbishment sector. The role will involve supporting the Architects and Partners in the design development and delivery of residential, commercial and community projects in varying scales. The range of tasks as well as responsibility the role includes gives excellent opportunity for advancement to Part 3 and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the architects and Partners with design and delivery
  • Produce drawings using MicroStation

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent design skills
  • Minimum 1 year work experience
  • Good understanding of on-site construction
  • Ability to work within a team, as well as working independently
  • Eager to learn and develop
  • High proficiency in CAD software (MicroStation beneficial)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Relevant permit for working in the UK
