Recently qualified PartIII Architect

This boutique architecture studio is seeking a highly motivated and talented Part III Architect with strong experience in the private residential and refurbishment sector. The studio has a strong design ethos, and the projects range from housing, commercial, mixed use and cultural schemes. Their clients include private individuals, public organisations, charities and developers looking for high quality bespoke design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day project lead
• Responsibility for the design development and design team coordination
• Client and consultant liaison

Skills and Experience

• PartIII Architect or equivalent
• Solid experience in residential and refurbishments projects
• Excellent design skills
• Good understanding of UK planning system, building regulations and construction processes
• Experience of project involvement from inception to completion (all RIBA work stages)
• Commercial awareness in project delivery
• Ability to work within a team as well as working independently, coordinate and manage others
• Highly organised to be able to work efficiently on several projects simultaneously
• High proficiency in CAD software (Microstation would be beneficial)
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and through drawings and models
