Architect

Top design studio with offices based in the heart of The city is on the look out for an architect to join their hospitality and resort design team, and work in partnership with a global hotelier brand across the Middle East and UK. If successful, you will be working at design stages on multiple hospitality, resort and hotel projects across the RIBA stages from pre-concept to schematic design. This is a hybrid role and would allow for flexible working as standard, enable the opportunity of career growth and offer a great benefits package.

Job Description

• Work within a newly design team to drive delivery of hospitality, resorts and hotel project in the Middle East and UK
• Deliver project from pre-concept to schematic design
• Work on design concepts and iterations
• Develop concepts through to design delivery
• Liaise with consultants where necessary
• Work closely with management team

Key Skills

• Part III qualified or equivalent
• Experience working at pre-concept to schematic stage on large-scale hospitality projects previously, ideally within the UK and Middle East
• Flair for design and with some technical experience / understanding of buildability
• Experience developing concept designs
• Experience producing design packages
• Revit proficiency is essential
