Architectural Assistant

One of the worlds most successful design studios with offices globally is on the look out for an architectural assistant to join their newly developed hospitality division. Successful candidates will get the chance to work on a multiple hospitality, resort and hotel projects across pre-concept to schematic design stages. If successful you will be joining a newly created design team to assist with the delivery of prestigious hospitality projects throughout the Middle East and the UK. This is a hybrid role and would allow for flexible working as standard, with strong career growth prospects and a great benefits package

Job Description

• Work within a newly design team to drive delivery of hospitality, resorts and hotel project in the Middle East and UK
• Deliver project from pre-concept to schematic design
• Do feasibility studies, presentations and assist with concept designs
• Develop concepts through to design delivery and work on the associated packages

Key Skills

• Part II qualified or equivalent
• Experience working at pre-concept to schematic stage on large-scale complex projects previously, ideally within the UK and Middle East
• Excellent presentation skills
• Flair for design
• Experience developing concepts
• Experience producing design packages
• Revit proficiency is essential
