Our client is one of the world's most successful automotive companies, they are one of the leading global suppliers of premium and luxury cars and vans. They are currently looking to hire an experienced project manager to join their corporate real estate team.
Your new role
The role will require you to deliver construction and refurbishment projects largely within their Milton Keynes campus site and to coordinate those and other minor works activities to the satisfaction of the Group Development Manager, FM Manager and Health & Safety Manager. You will be required to travel between other site locations within the organisation occasionally.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position, you will need excellent communication and influencing skills, as you will need to think creatively and manage a diverse range of projects. You will need at least 5+ years' experience within a commercial property environment, professionally qualified in an architectural or building surveying discipline would be desirable. Working within corporate organisations would be a great asset. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent client relationship skills - this is essential on a site with so many Business Units. Having passion for work should be evident along with ability to motivate teams to achieve delivery.
