Capital Project Manager (Major Works) - Interim role delivering a variety of Oxford projects - client-side

Your new role
As an experienced Capital Projects Manager, you will take ownership in the delivery of projects (capital and revenue), across both a commercial and corporate property portfolio. You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including customers, partners and external agencies. Projects include large refurbishments, alterations, extensions and new build schemes as part of wider regeneration plans.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be self-motivated, adaptable and flexible in your approach to work, and be an effective communicator. Negotiation and influencing skills will be essential. Previous experience delivering major capital projects on the client-side, ideally within the public sector, would be highly advantageous.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive an initial contract with up to 6 months in duration initially, this is likely to further extend to 9 months and could progress into a more fixed arrangement. You will receive a daily rate of pay, calculated in accordance with your level of experience and qualifications (umbrella).
