Your new company is proudly working with Residential projects of 2-5 bed houses across Cumbria, North Lancashire and South Lakes and they have received a 5 star rating in the Home Builders Federation for three years running.


Your new role
Your new role as an Architectural Technician is 40h a week with Hybrid job module. Monday to Wednesday will be office based and the rest of the week home working.
You will be working with residential projects and reporting to the company Architect. This role involves amending and distributing technical drawings using AutoCAD, managing Building Regulation submissions and working under the company Architect's guidance.


What you'll need to succeed
You will need good knowledge using AutoCAD, as you will use software daily. Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and 2 years minimum experience as Architectural Technician. The role requires creation, good time management and attention doing detailed technical drawings.

Salary of £30,000 - £40,000 (depends of experience) and availability to receive bonus based on performance.
