Senior Technician required for an established Berkshire based architectural practice

A Berkshire based architectural practice are looking for a Revit literate Senior Technician to join their ambitious team of leading architects and technicians in the care sector. As a practice they seek to create spaces for their residents and their carers to thrive, working on projects across the UK taking each as an opportunity to add human focused value.

This role will involve working closely with architects and designers forming the link between concept design and completed construction. You will manage and lead projects/teams through relevant work stages with responsibility for client liaison and project output to agreed programmes.

This role would place you in a leadership position at the office and would require you to have good all-round skills. These skills would include having the ability to use your own initiative and effectively plan and prioritise work, be able to take instructions and manage others, have good project management and organisation skills to be able to manage multiple projects at all RIBA work stages and have excellent presentation skills generally with good free hand drawing ability.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years continuous experience in an architectural practice, with experience of direct client liaison and responsibility for project delivery. Must have 5+ years of Revit experience with preferred experience in AutoCAD, NBS and SketchUp also.
