Job Details
An established UK AJ100 practice is recruiting for a Revit literate Architectural Technologist (or technically/delivery oriented qualified Architect) to join their growing London office. This 100 strong practice has a wide portfolio of projects including residential, commercial, education and community.
This role would predominately be involved in delivery of projects through RIBA stages 4, 5 and 6, mainly within the commercial and residential sectors.
This role would require you to have good all-round skills. These would include demonstrating a high level of technical detailing skill along with an understanding of modern methods of construction, having a strong understanding of the current building regulations, NHBC guidance and housing design guidance.
Ideally you would be a Revit literate Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 7 years’ UK experience and have excellent technical experience gained on a range of projects. You would demonstrate your ability to work on your own initiative and have excellent communication skills. Having general proficiency in the use of NBS specification software and excellent AutoCAD and IT skills would be a bonus.
