Due to long term expansion plans this award winning design practice based in the heart of Shoreditch is looking to add a super-talented and ambitious qualified Architect to their current senior team. They have been established for many years and are now eager to take the practice into it's next exciting chapter and therefore, they now need to recruit an Associate/Project Director level qualified Architect who possesses a solid mix of both design & technical/delivery experience. Their workload is predominantly within the commercial (new build & refurbishment) and residential sectors. They have an active office social life and their studio has a really great feel to it!

The role will require the individual to play an active part in the "big picture" strategic decisions within the practice while leading your own project team(s) on multiple schemes either within the commercial or residential sectors. They are looking for that special someone who can drive projects forward, lead a small team of talented Architects & Architectural Assistants, and who has the ability to focus on both the design and technical aspects of projects. If you're looking for a role that is going to test you on a regular basis and keep you extremely busy then this is for you!

To be considered for this quite unique opportunity you must possess the following:-

  • RIBA & ARB registered
  • Min 7yrs PQE preferably within the workplace sector
  • Be a total all rounder
  • Have worked on projects throughout all the RIBA stages
  • Possess job running and management skills
  • Be ambitious & driven
  • Able to motivate and mentor team members
  • Keen to get involved in the management of a growing practice
  • Client facing
  • Great personality and happy to get involved!
