BCarR & LEED Coordinator required for Dublin based projects.

Your new company

Your new company is recruiting for a BCAR & LEED Coordinator to join their Dublin based practice, since its establishment in 1995, this company has grown its reputation as a leading construction / fitout contractor. With specialisation in commercial office fitouts, retail, mission critical and data centres, building refurbishment and infrastructure upgrades and sustainability, and healthcare projects. With a host of industry leading blue-chip clients, they require a skilled and enthusiastic BCaR & LEED coordinator to join their growing team working on Dublin based projects.


Your new role

As a BCaR & LEED Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring compliance to both our client's sustainability goals and the building regulations. On each project, you will be liaising with your new company's site management team, subcontractors, and the client's design team to ensure we have all documentation ready for our LEED submission and the BCaR handover at completion. You will work with entire design teams, but your primary contacts will be the Sustainability Consultant and the Assigned Certifier (BCaR). You will also work internally with STL's site management team to track & organize documents and to request and chase what is needed from subcontractors during the construction phase of the project.


What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have experience / exposure to working on a project pursuing LEED (and/or WELL), particularly one that has been certified, have working knowledge of the LEED construction-related credits. Experience in working on a BCaR project, particularly a project handover and upload to BCMS is desirable but not essential. having Working knowledge of ancillary certificates, the BCMS, etc would also be an advantage. Must work well in a team/collaborative group environment, but must be self-motivated and able to work independently, Strong communication skills also a must - the person in this role will need to give high-level updates of their work to both internal and external stakeholders, must be a strong multi-tasker and have good time-management skills.
