AutoCAD Technician

Hays Architecture are working with a very busy Architectural practice which specialises in residential developments for major housebuilders and regional housing developers who are seeking an AutoCAD Technician.

This is a superb opportunity to work with leading specialists in the field of Residential Architecture; delivering projects for major national housebuilders from project inception to detailed planning permission for project sizes generally from 30 homes up to 2,500 homes.

They design a wide range of schemes - from prominent town centre developments which demand high quality urban design, to neighbourhood sites where introducing effective urban design principles can bring new life to a community.

The Role: The Architectural CAD Technician will be to assist and support the CAD team in the production of Residential Planning Applications.

You will have:

• A great understanding of AutoCAD
• Experience of designing houses and apartments
• A good understanding of document management & co-ordinating planning applications
• Be motivated and have the ability to work in a face paced environment
