Building Physics Engineer | Leeds | Up to £35k

Your new company

Our client is an award-winning group of companies with expertise in building compliance and sustainability made up of well-established businesses with fast growth and expansion plans. This provides team members with huge career training and progression opportunities. You will work on a variety of projects with a focus on building compliance/energy assessment and consultancy.

Your new role

  • Produce SBEM calculations (minimum Level 4 NDEA)
  • Producing SAP calculations (OCDEA)
  • BREEAM New Construction/In-Use assessments
  • Daylight modelling and assessment
  • Overheating Assessments
  • Produce energy statements/sustainability reports
  • Thermal Modelling (Experience in TM52, TM54 and TM59)

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience using SAP software (FSAP preferred)
  • Experience using Design Builder or IES software is preferable but training will be provided
  • Experience within the construction industry/built environment
  • Knowledge of UK Building Regulations & Renewables
