Senior Architect

An amazing contract opportunity with a highly flexible, and well-regarded AJ100 studio is available. Currently the practice is delivering a number of high-profile transport and mixed-use projects from planning to technical stage, the studio is a market leader in designing and delivering complex projects within the UK and internationally. The practice is on the lookout for a talented senior architect to join their prolific London team on a rolling contract basis. You will be leading a team in the delivery of refurbishments and fitouts for an amazing project. From concept stage through to schematic design, this position would suit an architect with a great sense of teamwork and detailing.


Job Description

• Work within an experienced & collaborative team to oversee a team on an exciting UK project.
• lead client and contractor engagement.

Key Skills

• Part III qualified or equivalent
• Must be able to get along well with people and inspire confidence
• Capable communicator
• Revit proficiency is essential
• Fully conversant with building regulations and construction practice for refurbishment work
