A forward thinking contractor who are transforming the way we think about construction, is looking for an Architect to join their in-house team. Under the directorship of an established co-working real estate name, they have won a few major interior workplace projects in London. You will have solid technical and UK construction experience of Design and Build projects, ideally within the commercial workplace and/or interiors sector, along with demonstrable experience producing packages in Revit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design director on projects from start to finish.
  • Design and document multiple projects concurrently.
  • Production of information in Revit.
  • Liaise with client and consultants as well as collaborating with multiple disciplines across logistics and development.

Skills and Experience

  • Fully qualified architect (ARB or equivalent) with demonstrable UK experience.
  • Experience working on high-quality Design + Build projects, ideally commercial workplace or hospitality. Experience of interiors would be beneficial.
  • Expert knowledge of UK codes and regulations, with significant experience on built projects.
  • Experience producing design and technical documentation in Revit.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proactive with a can-do attitude and the desire to join a start up.
