Your new role
You will be working closely with external consultants and contractors to deliver high quality buildings. Creativity and unique ideas will be your daily task. You will be working daily with Revit on conceptual and detailed designed drawings, so good knowledge of software is a necessary requirement to succeed the role.


What you'll need to succeed
3+ years of experience in UK as an Architectural Technician including Revit and Adobe CC knowledge.
You will have excellent organization and communication skills, this role will also require you to show initiative so thinking on your feet will be a daily need.
Quality - driven in drawings, presentations, renders, site admin and construction documentation will also be involved in your daily and weekly routine.


What you'll get in return
A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 depends on experience.
Company offers creative freedom and range of projects.
You will be based mainly in the office, but company offers Flexible hours module (Core hours). Early Friday finish 1pm and total of 36,5h a week. Cycle to work scheme and many other benefits such as a pension of 5%.
