Architect (Contract - Outside IR35)

Prolific award winning studio in the heart of creative Clerkenwell is on the lookout for a contract architect to aid in the production of large-scale UK based housing schemes at stages 4+. If you are an architect with extensive knowledge in both Revit package production and large-scale housing developments this role is for you. This mid sized studio is synonymous with designing & delivering prestigious projects across the UK, it has a collaborative nature and prides itself on design.

Job Description

• Work at RIBA stage 4 onwards on high density UK based housing projects
• Aid delivery of planning, tender, construction & facade packages 
• Produce technical drawing packages
• Attend on site meetings

Key Skills

• Part III qualified 
• Passion for housing projects and experience at RIBA stage 4+ on density housing projects
• Experience working from design through to technical delivery on UK based mixed use or residential projects
• Proficient Revit user
• Client, consultant and stakeholder facing/liaison experience
• Site experience 
• Team player with strong attention to detail
