Architect or Technician

An excellent opportunity with a medium sized practice with circa 50 staff nationally, 20 of which are based in their Farringdon studio. They have a high quality and balanced portfolio of bim-led projects, including housing, commercial offices, industrial, student accommodation and retail. They're a friendly, supportive and open team, with everyone at all levels encouraged to develop and grow their careers.

They are currently seeking a Technically-minded architect or experienced Technician, who in the immediacy, will be involved in the retro-fitting of cladding on residential buildings. Although this nature of project is working on existing builds, you will be dealing with multiple projects, with the satisfaction of seeing them through to site completion. The studio uses Revit and AutoCAD. Revit isn't necessary for this role, but the successful candidate would benefit from training as you also become involved in other projects throughout the studio.

The studio is operating on a hybrid basis, with 2 work from home days per week, alongside all-round flexibility and sensible hours.
