Technician/Technical Architect: Celebrity Mansions

Are you a Technician or Technically focused architect that's looking for your next move? Do you have some experience in residential design + an interest in working on quirky and unique properties for super prime clients including celebrities?

This studio currently has an urgent need for a technical person with experience at stages 4-6; this could be a technician or technologist, or an experienced Part 2, Part 1 or Architect who prefers technical delivery.

In addition to working on technically challenging projects for high profile clients, due to their affluent client base this studio is typically very recession proof! Historically they do not only not tend to lose work (or shed staff) during a downturn, they have often seen their project pipeline increase!

The ideal candidate will be a technically focused individual with latter stage (4-6) experience, on contracts of 3 million or more. Some new build, whole building experience with high end residential is required. This studio works in Vectorworks, however proficiency or experience in this software can be trained for the right person, so proficiency is not an essential requirement.
