Senior Project Lead or Associate-level Architect - Manchester

This practice is long established in London and Manchester, with over 80 employees working in architecture, interior design and visualisation.

They are looking for an enthusiastic and driven qualified Senior Project Lead or Associate with proven experience in project delivery to join their team. You will be working on commercial projects, principally residential, hotels, and aparthotels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead of project delivery
• Liaise with clients and consultants
• Manage a small team

Key Skills and Experience

• Architectural qualification
• Excellent design and communication skills
• Extensive prior experience working on delivery, RIBA Stages 4 and 5
• Experience of large commercial projects desirable
• Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
• AutoCAD and Revit experience desirable
• High passion for design and architecture
• Clean driving license
