Urgently required for a contract position (possibly leading to permanent)

We have a requirement for a contract Architect to assist with project delivery.
The project is a detailed RIBA Stage 3 pack of information for a large residential led, mixed use scheme in London.
The construction value is in the region of £180 million and the candidate will be part of a larger team to deliver the project deliverables.
You will need to:
- Have strong experience of delivering a stage 3 pack of information
- Have a good technical background (understands the building regulations for high rise residential delivery)
- Have good residential experience (including the affordable housing sector)
- Be an experienced and competent Revit user.
- Be good at working within a larger team and able to follow instruction.
- Indesign experience will be a benefit but not essential.
