Project Architect / Glasgow City Centre based Studio /

This Architectural Practice is steeped in history with an extensive depth of experience and ability across a variety of sectors. They own a very well laid out open planned office with some fantastic social spaces for staff and clients. Additionally, they are located in a great position for some of Glasgow better known bars and restaurants (handy for you Friday night after work drinks).

Your new role
Working directly with the studio director, you will be heavily involved in the feasibility studies for new projects coming into the office.

What you'll need to succeed

• Be an ARB registered Architect
• You need to be proficient in Revit
• You will need to have had experience in the Residential or Commercial sectors.
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• You must have design experience on live projects within the UK
• Be comfortable in dealing with planners
• Have the attributes that would lead you to becoming a good manager of people and projects
