Your new company

You will work for an Architectural and Building Consultancy based in Leicestershire. The past year has been a period of growth for them, and they have recently opened a new office in Nottingham . Operating for over 50 years, you will be joining one of the most recognisable brands in the East Midlands.


Your new role

As an Architectural Technologist you will be responsible for scheme development throughout all the RIBA stages, production of technical drawings using Revit and ArchiCAD, model production, work to strict deadlines, liaise with authorities and stakeholders, site visits and lead the design process. You will also be involved in job running, so previous experience of project management will be an advantage.

Projects could include educational, commercial, residential, leisure and community projects.


What you'll need to succeed

As an Architectural Technologist you will have proficiency with Revit and/or ArchiCAD and related software systems, knowledge of UK building regulations, experience of project delivery across all RIBA stages, HNC/HND in Architectural Technology or equivalent and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects at once, visit sites and support the projects from conception to completion.
Full driving licence will also be essential.
