Your new role
As an Architectural Technologist/Technician you will be involved in the preparation of tender and planning packages, as well as taking a lead in the production of construction and technical packs for projects going on to site. You will work as part of a close-knit team to produce outstanding results for your clients, working in a modern office with stunning views across the Leicestershire countryside.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent AutoCAD skills to go alongside their technical knowledge. You will have worked in similar roles previously, probably having around 5 years experience across residential and commercial projects. MCIAT status would be an advantage, although candidates who are working towards this or are hoping to work towards this will also be considered. Due to the location of the office, and the expectation that you will be involved in site visits, having a driver's license and access to your own vehicle is a pre-requisite.

What you'll get in return
