Ambitious + career driven Architect required for an Associate designate role within a growing studio

This 8 strong architectural and interior design studio is looking for an enthusiastic and career driven qualified Architect to join their growing team.

This role will see you working mainly from their growing London office with weekly visits to the Ipswich office and some days working from home. This practice boasts a wide portfolio of projects including commercial, educational, residential, leisure, masterplanning and healthcare facilities. This studio provides advice from feasibility studies through to detailed architectural design coupled with a commercial interior design service focusing on how space can be used most effectively within a building. The London operation is located in bustling central London walking distance from a number major transport hubs.

This Architect role will see you working closely with the Founding Director in a client facing role tasked with assisting in the growth of the London office. You will be required to oversee the team and projects. This is a delivery focused role where you will oversee projects from both offices. This is a long-term career role with a view to becoming an Associate in 12-18 months.

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and attributes :-

• RIBA + ARB registered Architect
• Minimum 5 years post qualified professional experience
• Strong Revit skills
• Looking for career progression
• Must have an ability to run projects
• Be ambitious and driven
• Able to motivate and mentor team members
• Keen to get involved in the management of a growing practice
