Architect/ Architectural Technician on Rail project

Overview:
FRAME are urgently looking for an ARB Architect or Architectural Technician to join a prestigious AJ100 Architecture studio based in London. The studio are looking to fill an initial 3-4 month contract role, which will be working on a transport/ rail based project either in London or internationally. Both projects are around the RIBA stage 3-4 , so they studio are looking for someone who is confident in this area including strong technical ability. For this job the project can be with either Revit or Microstation, therefore needing someone very confident in one of these programmes with the ability to hit the ground running.

This will initially be a 3-4 month contract role with the possibility to get extended!

Skills required:

• Revit or Microstation proficiency
• 5-10 years post qualification experience
• Sage 3-5 specialist
• UK project experience/ building regulation knowledge
• Ideally large scale projects – will be working on Rail/ Transport

The company:
This studio are a large scale, AJ100 studio with a great name in the industry. They need someone who is free to start as soon as next week, however can wait a couple of weeks for the ideal person. The studio are happy to have a hybrid office/ home working set up including 3 days in office an 2 from home, or may be further flexible if needed.  The firm are an outstanding studio with a great name in the industry, it would be a fantastic addition to your CV/ portfolio.
