Senior Architect / Senior Technologist (outside IR35)

1 year contract available outside IR35 for Senior Architect / Technologist


Our client is looking for a Senior Architect or a Senior Technologist to run a large Student Accommodation.

This should be a year long contract, outside of IR35.
You will be the main point of contact for the client, preparing construction drawings and delivering the job on site.

it is therefore important that you have job running experience of large high density developments.
Revit experience is also important for this development.

The site is based in Glasgow, but majority of work can be done from home.
