We're currently working on an exciting mixed-use resi scheme in central London that is targeting "BREEAM Outstanding" certification. This state-of-the-art building will feature recycled materials, increase biodiversity, reduce pollution and even the risk of infection, while boosting both the mental and physical health of occupants, acting as an inspiration for future buildings.

We're looking for an experienced Project Architect to join our team and play a critical role in this amazing project. With unanimous planning consent already secured, the project is moving from RIBA Stage 3 to 4, and we need a seasoned professional to lead a team and work on a complex façade package, consisting of recycled steel and triple skin glazing. A proven ability to drive a project from RIBA Stage 3, on to site, and ultimately through to completion is vital for this role.

To be successful, you must have a track record of delivering complex BIM Level 2 resi projects in London, as well as proficiency in the latest software tools (Revit / BIM).
