Our client, a global leader in the design and delivery of innovative sporting events and venues, is seeking multiple individuals to join their award-winning design studio and take on increased responsibility on world-leading projects.

Here's what you can expect:

  • Exposure to high-profile projects and the opportunity to interface with clients on a global scale, as our client has signed over 100 contracts in the last 8 years to deliver prestigious events, venues, and infrastructure projects in 24 countries.
  • Flexible work arrangements, with the potential to work from home 2-3 days a week in addition to working from our client's open plan office in Central London.
  • Opportunities to:
    • Be an integral member of the design and technical team
    • Work on complex projects with challenging clients, consultants, and stakeholder groups
    • Collaborate with the director and associate director to design top-notch projects
    • Help support colleagues and team members wherever possible
    • Continue to build design studio capabilities
    • Raise the design quality standards
  • The chance to showcase your:
    • Strong design skills aligned to practical operational and commercial knowledge
    • Experience in designing and delivering projects or complex packages on large projects
    • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and project coordination or management skills
    • Proactivity, resourcefulness, and self-motivation
    • Entrepreneurial spirit with a keen interest on technology and innovation
  • Technical proficiency with Revit, and Rhino, and proven knowledge of BIM methodology.
  • Coordination skills - internal and external teams/consultants, etc., and the ability to work directly with multiple stakeholders including contractors and site staff.
  • Commercial acumen - the ability to consider the commercial viability of the projects throughout the entire process.

Please note; applicants that demonstrate previous experience working on sports, entertainment or leisure projects will be shown a preference.
