They have set their sights on outer London and the Southeast, targeting locations brimming with potential and rich in opportunity. From commuter towns within a 30-45 minute radius of London to historical gems such as grade II listed country houses, corporate headquarters, and Victorian or Edwardian era educational or medical buildings, they are dedicated to transforming these spaces into vibrant new residential or mixed-use addresses, delivering between 100 to 1,000 units in the process.

If you are a skilled CIAT professional with a passion for residential development and a commitment to modern construction methods and innovative technologies, this is an opportunity you can't miss!

We are looking for someone with a track record of successful UK-based residential project experience, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD, to join our clients team to help transform the residential sector.

Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:

* Creating intricate and fully-coordinated working drawings for some of the most complex schemes using AutoCAD.
* Leading design meetings and driving design decisions.
* Revising drawings following feedback, to keep the project on track.
* Navigating the approvals process and ensuring all necessary sign-offs are obtained.
* Handling site queries, and providing swift and effective solutions.
* Managing changes and revisions as they arise.
* Coordinating with external consultants and incorporating their input into your work.
* Developing and mentoring team members, aligned with the company's values, culture, and strategy.
