The Account Director will be responsible for some of our clients biggest accounts and lead a team of projects managers of varying levels with account and project development. You will report to the Client Services Director, with a dotted line into the Head of Projects and Production. Primary responsibilities include client servicing, financial planning, business development, client communications, with an overarching aim to drive account growth and guide the wider team on how to achieve potential on all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively nurture and grow existing key accounts
  • Mentor and support Project Managers
  • Assist the Client Services Director with growth strategies
  • Organise and attend regular meetings with potential and existing clients
  • Plan and prepare presentations
  • Produce and monitor account forecasts
  • Achieve sales targets

Key Skills:

  • Significant experience in professional client relationship management
  • Experience in growing (multiple) existing and new accounts
  • Solid background in retail design or marketing
  • Persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
  • Proven experience managing teams
  • Full awareness of creative processes and techniques - including digital platforms
  • Keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
  • Ability to read and evaluate sales performance metrics
  • Strong analytical and organisation skills
