Project Architect - Sustainability and Passivhaus Projects

This sustainability and Passivhaus certified architectural practice specialise in retrofitting educational and community buildings in a proactive and direct response to the climate emergency by designing healthier, zero carbon, thermally efficient and climate resilient environments for generations to come. 

This small practice of passionate, dedicated sustainability focused Architects are on a mission to build awareness within the educational sector and within the wider communities by providing step by step guidance upon retrofitting existing buildings and advising on new building design.

Due to an increased pipeline of work, they are now looking to hire a very experienced Project Architect with excellent contract administration skills, extensive JCT experience and proven client interface skills for a contract duration of 4-7 months.

The successful Project Architect will be required to work with JCT Minor/Intermediate Works on 2 domestic projects that are currently onsite, the stage 5 defects period for 2 school retrofit projects and possibly a rain garden project to be delivered onsite in the summer.

Please note that we are urgently looking for an experienced Project Architect with extensive contract administration skills, JCT experience and demonstrable client interface skills who are either immediately available or have a very short notice period.
