Architectural Technologist or Technician

Planning Recruitment are currently supporting a highly established Architectural studio specialising in conservation architecture as they look to welcome an Architectural Technologist or Technician to their office in South-East London.

Following a succession of new work and busy existing projects, they are looking for an experienced Technologist or Technician to work on a number of existing and upcoming drawing packages for projects within the conservation sector. Examples of projects include, but are not limited to church buildings, park/community buildings and historic houses. The ideal candidate will possess experience producing drawing packages for conservation/listed buildings or buildings within sensitive historic contexts. Candidates with experience outside of this sector, but with an interest and passion for conservation will also be considered. AutoCAD proficiency is absolutely essential.

In return, you will be joining a long-established practice with an excellent reputation and clientele in their specialist sector. The team are established, friendly and industry experts, making it an exceptional learning opportunity for those with an interest in conservation. They are working hybrid, with a maximum of 2 days in the office expected. They are based a short walk from the station and have nearby on street parking.

The salary range is vast due to the practice considering applicants of varying levels.
