My client is hiring for an Interim Clerks of works to join their team.

• The Clerk of Works supports the effective delivery of high quality construction projects that are value for money, by ensuring works are compliant with statutory regulations, codes of practice, and carried out to the client's standards, specification and schedule.
• Looking at external works, roofs/windows, H&S, weekly reports, reviewing and signing off contractual payments.

What you will need

• A sound knowledge of building regulations, planning controls, and Health and Safety
• An in-depth knowledge of the Construction Industry, including materials and Building Methods
• Communication/interpersonal skills
• Good organisational, planning and time-management skills
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
• A Current UK Driving Licence
