Technical Architect (contract)

Top rated studio known for designing world class, complex mixed use projects around the globe is on the lookout for a Technical Architect to join it's South London studio on a long term contract. If successful you will be joining a technical team at the very top of their game, working from RIBA stages 3+4 to transform inspired designs into a buildable reality. This role would suit an Architect with strong technical design stage experience who has worked on large-scale projects either within the UK or internationally. This studio is a flexible employer and is well known for being progressive in the way it approaches design and treats it's team members.

Job Description

• Deliver drawing packages for RIBA stages 3+4 on complex projects in Revit
• Draft design iterations using Revit
• Work with design team to rationalise initial concept designs
• Build up project details and schedules

Key Skills

• RIBA Part II / Part III qualified or equivalent
• Experience working at technical stage across large scale projects with within the UK or internationally is essential
• Revit proficiency is essential
• Must thrive in a collaborative and ideas sharing environment
