Design Lead for Global Architecture Studio

Job Details

This Central London Architecture Practice with studios around the world is looking for a Design Leader to become their representative on projects. You will be the person ultimately responsible for the creative solutions of that project and advancing the design standards within the studio. You will take design lead on projects under the guidance of the project Principal and managers/mentors/designers in the practice.

Your role will include leading a team of designers, leading the sub-consultant teams for input into the design, leading the schematic design, under direction of the Principal and creating the design with minimal direction from the Principal.

This is a hands-on role. You have to be able to showcase demonstrated experience of leading the design of hospitality projects, leading concept and schematic design stages and giving guidance to visualisation providers. Hotel experience is a must; Middle East project experience is preferable, but not essential. Rhino skills are essential whereas Revit would be advantageous.

If you possess the right attributes do not hesitate to apply with your CV and work samples for a chance to join this ‘Practice of the Future’.

We will do our very best to help you find your ideal job. Our approach is personable and we believe that your job hunting experience should be enjoyable. We look forward to hearing from you.
