Flexible working - Exceptional Project Architect for Design Consultancy role

One of London’s key development specialists are seeking a fully qualified architect with several years of experience managing construction projects on-site with strong project and budget management skills.  

This team are known for pushing architecture to its limits by creating innovative and transformative design solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in dealing with the execution of the detail design during construction, administration of contracts, building regulation compliance, critical appraisal of sub-contract proposals, project programming and on-site delivery and quality control. Your role will be to ensure the integrity of the design and built quality is maintained and to ensure full compliance with regulations. 

You must have demonstrable experience of working from design development through to managing construction contracts and refurbishment experience. Visual awareness as well as a proven track record delivering high quality large, complex projects are expected with good project management skills, leading on design excellence. Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and UK planning policies and procurement methods is essential. Full working experience of Vectorworks or a 2D software is preferred.
