Architectural Technologist or Technician

Architectural Technologist or Technician role with a friendly, long established medium sized studio in Vauxhall.

Due to sustained growth, the studio are looking for an Architectural Technologist or Technician to work alongside experienced architects and senior technologists to produce construction drawings and provide technical design and delivery support for projects across a plethora of sectors. Examples of current projects include high-end residential projects for high net-worth individuals, residential developments, and commercial developments. The practices’ workbook spans the education, residential, commercial, blue light, and industrial sectors.

Key Skills needed:-

• Revit proficiency
• NBS Chorus experience is advantageous.
• Design and construction detailing experience.
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations.
• Experience in one of the practices core sectors.
