Architectural Technologist or Technician

Planning Recruitment are proud to support an AJ100 practice as they look to expand their London office further following a period of sustained growth. They are now looking to welcome an Architectural Technologist or Technician with 3 – 5 years’ experience*.

Working alongside a team made up of Architects, Assistants, Technologists, and the Studio Director, you will be working with the team on a mixture of projects, mostly within the industrial/logistics and data centre sectors. You will be working with project teams to produce working drawings and deliver projects on-site. You will be required to work as part of the wider team and independently, so a flexible and adaptable approach to work is essential. You will be attending client and contractor meetings when necessary.  

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience producing general arrangement and details on commercial, complex buildings and experience delivering projects on-site. You will have excellent detailing abilities and be able to manage internal coordination of data and sub-consultant drawings. Revit proficiency is essential and a knowledge of NBS Chorus is beneficial.
