Job Details

** International high end residential** A boutique design agency in North London is hiring for a Technically biased Architect, must be ARB registered and come with mountains of knowledge within the high end residential sector! 

They are a medium sized studio with circa 10 staff looking to grow this year as they are super busy! You will be required to run a project through to completion, therefore its extremely important you have a strong technical eye! 

REVIT is required and must have professional experience using this software, there will be no time for training beginners. This role is perfect for someone who is looking for that next step in their career, to take full ownership of a project and learn further skills from such an amazing group of designers! 

You must have: 

  •  8-10 years’ professional experience post-Part 3 qualifications and preferably experience with UK projects
  • minimum two years’ experience in a similar role and must demonstrate ability of delivering projects of £10M +
  • have on-site experience and proven experience of full technical packages
  • must have excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels
  • must be proficient with AutoCAD, Adobe CS and Revit
  • the successful candidate will be bright and mature, have excellent organisational skills, a strong attention to detail and have a proactive and positive disposition
