Junior Technician

Our client, an AJ100 architectural practice with multiple studios throughout the UK are looking to expand their North Kent studio and are currently looking to appoint a graduate Architectural Technician and an experienced Architectural Technician / Technologist.

Delivering large scale residential, education and commercial schemes the successful candidates will support the Director on projects in stages 3-5. 

We are keen to speak with architectural technician’s or architectural technologist’s with the following experience: - 

• BSc in Architectural Technology or 1 years’+ experience working as an Architectural Technician. 
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Standards.
• CAD abilities 
• DVLC and Car are required due to the location of the office. 
• For the Intermediate Architectural Technician position at least 3* years+ experience is anticipated. 

*Where we indicate a band of PQE for a role, this indicates how long we would expect an architectural professional to take to gain the level of experience required in an appropriate context. It does not preclude applications from those with more or less PQE who can demonstrate that they have acquired the relevant experience.
