Architect - B Corp Commercial Office / Workspace Projects RIBA Stage 2/3

This B Corp employee-owned architecture practice, previously shortlisted for the Sterling prize, has a great selection of small to large sized UK projects across multiple sectors encompassing all RIBA stages and the full design to construction lifecycle. 

With beautifully designed offices and employing around 90 people, this top UK design practice also offer a relaxed and caring management team who place employee welfare right at the top of their agenda. Not only this, being a B Corp practice, sustainability is also at the core of most of their projects where environmental and social impact takes a higher priority than just making profits.

Due to an increased pipeline of commercial workspace / office projects involving sustainability focused refurbishments and retrofits to older buildings, this practice is now seeking an Architect with strong Revit skills on a contract basis.

This project requires an Architect to work on front end and delivery phases involving RIBA stages 2/3 on an existing workplace building with a full Revit model which needs constant updating.

We are looking for a talented Architect with proven design & technical expertise, ideally with some commercial / office workplace sector experience (although not a pre-requisite), coupled with several medium-large schemes and a strong commercial competency level of Revit.
