Masterplanner

Overview:

FRAME are currently on the lookout for either an ARB Architect or Masterplanner to join an Architecture studio based in London. The role will initially be a 4-6 month hourly, or fixed term contract with the potential to get extended or go permanent.

As a Masterplanner at this architecture studio, you will work closely with their team of architects and urban designers to develop and implement strategic urban planning initiatives for our clients. You will be responsible for leading the masterplanning process, from concept design through to delivery, and will be required to collaborate with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and local authorities, to ensure the successful implementation of our projects.

Skills required:

• Revit or AutoCAD/ Adobe Suite proficiency
• Strong large scale project experience with a masterplanning background
• Knowledge of planning policy, regulations, and procedures in the UK
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and local authorities
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

The Studio

The studio are a large sized, award winning AJ100 Architecture studio based in London. They currently have a hybrid set up including 3 days in office and 2 from home and due to soe key projects kicking off, looking for someone to start ASAP.
