You may be a senior architect looking for a step up or perhaps you are already accustomed to practice management, winning work and engaging stakeholders. This is an opportunity to come in as associate within the education team of a leading firm. Managing teams on varied projects from a £5mill research building, university retrofits up to larger more complex new build schemes for key sector clients, you will be a driving force in a team that strives for sustainable, inclusive and innovative buildings across the globe. Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the delivery of projects on time and budget by maintaining control of scope of work and services.
  • Act as the main coordinator between client and design teams.
  • Prepare and negotiate client and consultant proposals, schedules and contracts.
  • Attend and document client meetings and optimise client relationships for repeat business.
  • Mentor and inspire success in teams.

Skills and Experience

  • Qualified architect of equivalent with a proven track record of designing and delivering education projects.
  • Ability to oversee teams on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, scheduling and contract negotiations.
  • Basic Revit skills advantageous with experience overseeing BIM projects.
  • Resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ambition to grow your own career as well drive sector and business success.
