Architect

A well-established major London architecture practice are seeking a highly motivated and talented
Architect to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience across all work stages, with excellent technical skills as well as a passion for design.

The practice has a wide-ranging portfolio, with award-winning buildings across sectors such as residential, healthcare, education, commercial offices, later living and community.

The role will sit within their healthcare team. Architects with healthcare expertise are of-course encouraged to apply, however candidates with other sector experience with potential parity may also be of suitability - for instance for those with experience in education, later-living, laboratory, or any other high-spec or critical building.

All the team work on projects from feasibility to completion and the studio prides itself on offering architects rounded fulfilling careers.

Key requirements of the role include:

* Understanding the design project
* Preparing and developing, technical drawings and other documents relating to the design
* Submit and clear planning conditions as appropriate
* Take responsibility, where required by the project leader, for specific areas of the design
* Liaise, where appropriate, with members of the external design team and other associated organisations or companies


Salary offered will be dependant on experience, however a guide figure is 45k, however with potential upwards flexibility. They have a generous and wide-ranging benefits package, along with good working-hours flexibility and hybrid working.
