Architectural Technician (Contract)

An award-winning, AJ100 global practice is on the lookout for a talented architectural technician to join its collaborative London team on an initial contract basis. This studio is synonymous with designing some of the world's most well known mixed use and co-working projects, and offers flexible working in a truly collaborative and diverse environment. If successful you will be joining the experienced technical team, servicing a broad range of exciting projects from RIBA stages 3-5. You will need to be strong in Revit, have experience working at technical stage on mid to large scale workplace projects either in the UK or internationally, and have a passion for troubleshooting technical design for uniquely designed projects. This studio offers flexible working as standard, and the opportunity to work at the forefront on influential projects throughout.

Job Description

• Collaborate with the design team to develop project specific implementation strategies
• Ensure quality assurance with project teams to maintain modelling and information workflows
• Delivering technical drawing packages for stages 3-5 in Revit

Key Skills

• Experience working within digital design team for an architectural or interiors team previously
• Revit proficiency is essential
• Experience in the workplace sector is beneficial
• Passion for technical design and project delivery
