This practice is looking for someone with the strategic and leadership skills to lead the practice’s approach to sustainability. You may be doing this already, or perhaps it something you want to get into. You will also be taking on responsibility for various commercial and retrofit projects up to £30M. There is clear path to Directorship, working alongside a couple of elite leaders within the practice. You may have hit a glass ceiling where you are and are looking to take the next step in your career. This practice offers a strong reputation being design leaders in the market.
With a new studio in East London, this youthful team are also working within the residential market to support a stable amount of work. They will offer an ambitious person the opportunity to utilise their talent in this growing practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and strategize the practice’s approach to sustainability Run a number of projects at one time Work on a range of projects with an emphasis on £8-30m commercial projects in London. Lead coordination with stakeholders, contractors and consultants. Foster key client relationships.

Skills and Experience

  • Part III-qualified architect with demonstrable experience leading, managing and coordinating projects up to £40m RIBA stages 3-6. Strong understanding and interest in sustainability, an experience of Naybers, BREEAM, Leti targets Contract administration, fees and invoicing experience. Client facing with demonstrable experience of liaising with clients, stakeholders and contractors. Excellent communication skills and a confident leader with the ambition to inspire success in others.
