Senior Architect/ Associate - Hospitality Projects for International Studio

This international practice has established a reputation for excellence in high-end hospitality, resort & mixed-use projects. As Senior Architect/ Senior Designer, you will be responsible for multiple aspects of the projects working closely with the senior leadership team to deliver exciting design proposals for high-profile, large scale-projects located throughout Asia and the EMEA region.

The ideal candidate must be a collaborative and motivating leader with in-depth technical knowledge and experience across all design stages. They should also have the desire to grow and mentor junior staff.

Key Responsibilities 

• Leading all design phases for architectural projects, establishing concepts, and leading project teams. 
• Independently generate the concept design and/or master plan for projects and contribute to the development of the design direction.
• Prepare and present design presentations for clients and other relevant stakeholders. 
• Work collaboratively with the project team in planning work and developing solutions to technical and design detail challenges.
• Project lead and lead designer responsibilities including design coordination,  
• Review design and technical work of junior staff. 
• Must be willing to travel

Skills & Experience

• A professional degree in Architecture (BArch/MArch)
• Extensive professional experience, preferably working on medium to large-scale hospitality, mixed-use, and resort projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit with solid BIM experience. 
• Expert 3D modelling skills in Rhino along with advanced knowledge of Grasshopper. 
• Proficiency in rendering software (particularly in V-Ray or Lumion). 
• Proficiency in Adobe Create Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
• Excellent communication and client presentation skills
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects to meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
