FRAME are currently looking for a talented Senior Interior Designer to join a High-End Luxury Residential studio based in the heart of London.
Working with some amazing projects based mostly in London, this design firm have recently received multiple awards for their outstanding work in 2022 and are looking to continue their growth into the new year. They are a highly progressive and ambitious and are looking for someone of the same stature.
Our client is looking for someone that is a natural born leader, someone who is looking to take charge of projects whilst working closely with the Senior Leadership team to develop the company.
The role:
The most important thing for this position is for the successful candidate to have had a good few year of experience working as a project leader in their last role.
There will be a need to help guide and develop the younger staff members in their teams, this will include delegating work and signing off any CAD drawings completed by the Midweight and Junior Designers.
Eventually the applicant will develop into being a strong part of the Senior Leadership team where they will partake in the decision making of big company decisions.
Skills and experience:
• A strong desire to improve and develop a company and team
• Experience leading high end luxury residential projects
• Expert level AutoCAD knowledge
• Experience working in one of the top 50 Interior Design companies is beneficial
• Experience developing a small company into a large company
• Honesty, Loyalty and Integrity are key
• Willingness to work on all areas of a project
