They are a long-established SME housebuilder with decades of experience in developing both greenfield and brownfield new build sites. Due to recent success, ambitious growth plans and the fact that they are on track to deliver 800 units a year by 2025, they are looking to bolster their team with the hiring of a Planning Manager. Working collaboratively with the Design and Land teams, you will be integral in the Planning aspect for new build residential developments which can vary in size from 20 to 300+ units. You will be responsible for helping deliver design concepts, planning applications with various local councils across the North West, establishing feasibility of sites, dealing with Section 106 agreements and long-term strategic planning. As part of a growing team, you will be tasked with assisting both the Land and Design teams, reporting directly into the Senior management team.
What you'll need to succeed
